N. copelandii said to be from Mt. Pasian (and Mt. Apo) has two distinct growing forms. Does anyone know if they BOTH make somewhat infundibular uppers? Here is the Apo form which somewhat do make those pitchers. I somehow disagree that these would qualify for infundibular (wine-glass shaped) pitchers. N. copelandii Mt. Apo form growing vigorously along a fence. The Mt. Apo form also has deeper coloration and somewhat lanky growth habit. M

I have not grown the Pasian form to a long vine but all the Apo plants I had that were several feet (4-5') long were making distinct infundibular upper pitchers. They looked like those posted on the BE website.
I don't see anything in your photo there that I would call infundibular.

Just treat it like an alata and it will grow like nobody's business. One of the easiest N. alata forms to grow!
