Hi, I'm a longtime lurker, but I took the plunge today! I'm a beginner, I have been keeping one n. Miranda for about three years, but have just started to expand and now I have about eight others. ;D I have learned so much from this forum and would like to thank everyone for so much valuable information! I hope to learn a lot more and and get to know everyone here! Pics to follow....

This was my first n. Miranda that I've been growing now for three years. It's smaller now from some trimming. This is an earlier picture of my current setup. In this picture I have my n. Miranda and a n. Judith Finn Welcome! Nice to see another member on Oahu! We will have to get together to talk story.... Keith

Thanks! I really like looking at all the picture's of your plants! It's inspiring! Also, although it's not relevant to nepenthes, another one of my interests are tropical fish. I am a member at The Angelfish Forum II under the same username. ;D Here are a few pictures of my fish... I breed angelfish and sell them at local pet stores. Here are some of the young.

Thanks for all the kind comments! Right before I joined, I had gone to the big island and visited Sam Estes's nursery. All the plants were amazing! This was my very first nursery visit, and I was shy at first, but I am so glad I went! We got a full tour and I got to see plants I had only seen pictures of! My only regret was that I forgot a camera! It was an amazing opportunity and I hope I get to go again! Thanks to uncle for making it such an amazing visit! I also picked up: N. Maxima N. Avalon N. Marpessa N. Red Leopard N. Rafflesiana They came in perfect shape, no crushed pitchers or dead leaves and settled in fine. Except for pitcher die off from the change in conditions, they are growing great! ;D I don't have many pictures of the pitchers yet, but here are some of my growspace with all the plants I just got... Sorry, this one's kinda junk.. And an orchid..

Hi dueoka, I just picked up 2 pitcher plants and hope to get them to thrive.. I was wondering what side you live on. I'm in town bottom of Manoa. I'm not sure how much sun to give these plants..
