Not a species, probably a hybrid with maxima and, from the shape of the pitchers, maybe boschiana or a similarly shaped plant.

possibly an Alata x Maxima; looks like those are intermediate pitchers, so it's a little harder to tell. Here is a good place to start when it comes to caring for nepenthes: nepenthesaroundthehouse.com/
