Stems:Climbing; robust. Leaves: sessile; lanceolate. Lower Pitchers: ventricose in the lower part, tubulose in the upper; 2 fimbriate wings present; mouth very oblique, acute to lid; peristome cylindrical with pronounced teeth extending into the inner margin; lid elliptic- ovate, apex rounded, base attenuate, keeled. Upper Pitchers: infundibulate; 2 ribs present; mouth very oblique, acute to lid; peristome cylindrical, expanded, with pronounced teeth extending into the inner margin; lid elliptic- ovate, apex rounded, base attenuate, keeled. Inflorescence: a raceme. Indumentum: Color: pitchers green with red stripes or flecks, peristome dark red. Distinguishing Features:
