Wow, real beauties there Lamwm! Every time I see a huge Truncata it seems to come from someone raising them in the 'Highlands' of Malaysia where they get nice very cool nights. ~Shawn Hi Shawn, N. truncata grows in the Philippines. Very nice plant by the way. François.

The quotes are from Volume II. I'll let you guys find the pages when your books arrive I can't believe all the editors (even Clarke, Robinson, Schlosser...) have missed those mistakes. Damn... I'm glad you enjoyed the books anyway Dave!It was sure a lot of work. François.

Quotes which hurt me brain: "Many of the Sumatran Nepenthes are closely related to each other, and five clear groups are easily distinguish; firstly, N. bongso, N. densiflora, N. diatas, N. ovata, N. singalana and N. spathulata; secondly, N. aristolochioides, N. flava, N. jamban, N. jacquelineae, N. talangensis and N. tenuis; thirdly, N. dubia and N. inermis; and lastly N. longifolia, N. sumatrana and N. rafflesiana." Hmm, something isn't adding up here... Then there's: " Nepenthes pervillei grows on the misty slopes of Mahe Island, Seychelles, and overlooks the idyllic blue water of the Pacific Ocean." Uh, is he trying to misdirect us? Seriously, these are some good books, and I'm glad they took the extra time to make them better. Hi Dave, Where do these quotes come from? Cheers, François.

Francois, Please do a review when they come to the fore. I hope that these books have been professionally edited prior to printing as this would be a deterrent for me from getting one. M Hi Michael, You can already read some comments here: www.cpukforum.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=32347There is no doubt in my mind that the editing quality will be excellent because they have been reviewed by well known specialists. Don't worry about the quality of the printing either: I already own all Stewart McPherson previous titles: they are even better than Charles Clarke books (for example) from a printing point of view. However, I did not receive this particular title yet (I will by the middle of next week). I don't know if I will make a review though, because I'm one of the contributors of the books, so some might say I'm judge and party. Cheers, François.
