Inflorescence: N/A Notes: I have only had this plant for about two months. It is about a foot tall, has pitchers that are about 6”-7” and leaves 10”-12” long and about 3” wide. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Keith

Dear Ellison, The "leaf attachment" refers to the stem/leaf attachment zone, which can change from species to species; not the tendril attachment, which rarely gives any information for ID. However, even without this info, it appears your plant has been indentified. Here is a photo showing the leaf attachments:
