Welcome! NZ has a wonderful climate for highland species. Please tell us what you grow and have had success with.

Welcome oldgsr!
From your bio you would seem too young for that name. (?)

yes N.Z seems to be ideal for growing nep's (good humidity averageing between 60-90%. this is my first season with neps, having purchaced most of mine at the beginning of this summer, from a local grower and from the odd hardware store. Im currently growing them in a 50% shaded greenhouse with nothing but natural heat and light.im not entirely shore of the type as most were labled the same when i bought them from the hardware store but having produced pitchers they are clearly diffrent-one type is primarily red and the other yellow with red speakles,im currently looking at buying a new computer(wont have to use works)and will post some pics as soon as i can and im shore you guys will have fun identifying them for me. haha as for my user name -im restoreing a 1982 lancer turbo(lancer GSR) hence the name old GSR haha not old geasar

My mistake.
I think I'd have gone with "turbolancer" ( .. hot, fast and sexy) rather than with "oldgsr".
Welcome again.
