Magnificent!
Love the color and form. A most commendable achievement, and two extra thumbs up for owning a seedling!!

Sweet Jens! I have two of those plants also, but they are not quite as happy as yours is. I have to figure out a better culture, my plants just want to get very tall right away

Perhaps you're not growing them cold enough. N. dubia likes it very cold for best coloration and even growth.

I have got the cool temps they need, but I don't have the upward space this species seems to require in my growing area. Well, finally, N. inermis is making an upper pitcher: . Pic will follow soon.

Thanks guys. I also think they really like it cold. I got the cutting last winter, the whole thing was frozen to ice and i need to brake off the sphagnum to rescue the plant I grow my plants at 15C day and 8C night Jens

"Fastest" among favorable conditions. You have been growing it above optimum conditions and has shown an increase in growth and coloration. It will probably flower sooner and make more side shoots and branches.

Thanks Michael. I read somewhere that dubia is a very fast species and they flower very early. So there is hope that it comes a flower soon. the same like talangensis, they flower already with 20cm high and build uppers with 15cm high

N. dubia x talangensis has a nice ring to it. Food for thought.
Keep up the good growing. Inspiration to us all!
