This plant seems to be doing fine except for these white flakes. I assume it to be a fungis of sorts but I am not sure. I have treated a little bit with a neem oil based fungicide but the flakes persist. Please help, I love this plant!!!

You might need to get a jeweler's loupe or a magnifying lens to have a closer look at these things. It may be something harmless or it may be the old shells and carcasses of some small insects feeding on your plants. It could just be some dust from something else which is harmless to the plants. - Rich

Thanks for your reply. It doesn't appear to be dust because I cannot blow it off or clean it off. Under a magnifying lens they look just like snow flakes.
