I don’t know how this guy was hiding, but I found him while I was gathering up plants for my trade list. I really like the graduation of color from top to bottom.... N Melvino (spathulata x bongso)

Yes, as a matter of fact, that is the plant that I got from you about 18 months ago. It pouted for several months (close to a year), but now it appears to have settled in pretty well... I love the color.

Thanks for sharing! dvg Thank you very much for the kind words! The bromeliads are a relatively new, shall we say, obsession. I have only been collecting them for about a year. Like nepenthes, there are so many shape and colors that no two are alike....
