Update: N. inermis X bongso, colored up nicely. Paul, what a beautiful pitcher!!!!! I love the shape and the graduated color; dark up top and gradually fading toward the bottom. I can't wait til mine pitchers....

Thank you Keith! It is a really beautiful pitcher, but SUCH a slow grower. This is the first pitcher in the 6 months I have had the plant. I hope yours grows better for you.

spectacular drawing there Whim. Wow!! Is that using charcoal? spectacular!! wow!! No, no, it's a photograph! I use Adobe Lightroom for some of the more artsy photo processing I sometimes do. I can certainly see how you might think this was a charcoal drawing though ;-) And thanks. :-)

lol k! But yeah..I have seen some drawings which looked so fantastic. I think a while back Rob posted pics of a visitor (he's pretty famous in the CP community...can't remember his name now) who made sketches of some beautiful neps.

I love the Dormouse, it looks like it is settling in nicely for you. -Jeremiah- Yes, I think it is wonderful because it is so unlike all of the (beautiful-but-omnipresent) striped and spotted hybrids available. I love my N. maxima hybrids (well, most of 'em), but these surreal near-monochrome pitchers with their odd flat funnel shapes are wild and unique. Variety being the spice, etc. etc ;-) PS: yes, it is settling in nicely. I don't think I have had a single plant from you that didn't resume growth immediately as if it had never left your greenhouse. Speaks to your growing skills, I think :-)
