N. eymae x (stenophylla x lowii) (Exotica Plants) N. campanulata SCCC0081 The pitcher on this one is ~17" tall. N. Pharaoh NN1270436 N. (thorelii x spectabilis) xx miranda A couple of pretty "group shots" with spathulata x veitchii, ventricosa xx TM and northiana . Finally, speaking of northiana, we have N. Chou. It is a "one-of-a-kind" survivor of grex NN3740989: N. merrilliana x northiana. It has only produced pitchers a couple of times and not for a long time now. It would probably like warmer temperatures or maybe it just takes after its father. When it does pitcher, they are just what you would want.

Incredible pictures Sam! Some of those seedlings really do have huge potential. That Merilliana hybrid still blows my mind. I also really like the N. (thorelii x densiflora) x (veitchii x (maxima x veitchii)).

The mystery merrilliana hybrid reminds me of some of the talangensis crosses, any plants that look like that species? Also, that N. "Pharaoh" pitcher is breathtaking!

Yeah, it does look like it has N. talangensis in it... Maybe 'Lady Pauline'?

Noa_F .... Any germination yet? hcarlton ..... Not much chance of talangensis being involved. Dave Evans ..... No chance of 'Lady Pauline'. It looks to me like some of the oddball plants I've seen in various in situ N. merrilliana reports but I don't recall exactly where I saw them. There are actually two odd plants that came from this merrilliana grex. The second is similar but slightly more deminutive and having somewhat more symetrical pitchers. N. bellii is a possibility as an element in some past hybrid event and I do have both male and female bellii here at the nursery but I don't believe I had ever flowered the male when this grex was created.
