I got this plant several years ago. I tortured the poor thing giving it tap water, peat and vermiculite mix, letting it dry out for forever and giving it very little light. It still pitchered and grew for me like no other and then when I give it adequate conditions, it dies on me. I sent a cutting to someone so it should still be alive out there. As far as I know, this is a TC mutant N. ventrata. Here it was when I first go it. Feel free to hate Alex

Nice lid on the horizontal pitcher. It looks like a uvula.

And I received a cutting from Victoria so it is still alive and out there! It's a neat little guy : ) I do however plan to remove any and all flower stalks that it produces should they form, just to be safe. -J.P.

I have to be honest. I'd compost all of them.
