Has anyone done any experimentation with Nepenthes concerning different Kelvin temperatures of artificial lights? It seems to me that highlanders might like slightly bluer light than lowlanders, since blue light is slightly less scattered at high elevations than at sea level. Since normal daylight is between 5000K and 7000K, should one shoot for, say 6700K for highlanders (since those bulbs are conveniently available) and maybe 5500K (or something) for lowlanders? I have no idea, but I was wondering if anyone had actually tried this.
