The new greenhouse is going up and between working on that (I'll post some pictures soon), caring for the plants, filling orders and taking care of EVERYTHING ELSE that has to be done around here I have not had much time to comment on threads or post pictures.
I did get a chance to snap a few today so here you go .....
How about a dubia-lookin' thing you can grow lowland ?
N. Triffid [N. splendiana xx dubia]
Or, a squat lowland spectabilis ....
N. Pandora [N. wrigleyana xx spectabilis]
Another highland/lowland combo ...
N. Vanessa [N. spathulata x rafflesiana (Kondo x Singapore)]
How about a BLACK spathulata???
N. Melvino [N. spathulata x bongso]
I am fortunate enought to have both male and female specimens of N. insignis from Biak. I was able to breed these in house and here is a young specimen from that grex.
I don't have the great specimens that our Thailand growers have but I like the colors in this picture of a N. viking.
Here is a plant that has turned out better, and more popular than I would have expected .... with lots of long thin and remarkably solid pitchers.
N. Elizabeth [N. ventrata xx sanguinea]
N. mastersiana on steriods .... big, bold and beautiful ...
N. St Brice [N. alata xx mastersiana]
From collected seed, I'm not exactly sure if this is N. sumatrana x beccariana or N. sumatrana x longifolia but have high expectation either way.
N. St. Phocas [N. tobaica x truncata] moving toward uppers .....
Some misc. plants that I did not get a chance to ID ....
Here is one created by rainforest (I don't think he has seen this one yet) .....
N. (thorelii xx (tiveyi x mixta) x alata
A few more ....
N. merrilliana
N. thorelii xx mixta
A cramped N. thorelii x aristolochioides ....
A couple of N. rafflesiana x mirabilis, winged ...
N. lavacola from BE ...
Finally, some of Exotica's best .....
