Can you tell us where you live, what your conditions are and how you are growing them?

Do you have an area you can grow this outdoors? Perhaps creating a chamber to keep in humidity, provide ample light, perhaps even a small mini greenhouse on a deck or corner of one will work. Burbies can take a lot of cool weather. They do well especially if the days are warm and nights cold, typical SF weather I'd say!

I've found that burbidgeae likes warmer nights than typical highlanders. During my winters it really stressed in the low 40's. Seems like low to upper 50's is ideal. Low 60's at night? Don't know about that. I can't tell you how well it will grow in typical lowland conditions. It probably can take bay area temps spring through autumn. Then move it indoors during the winter months. Also, the burbidgeaes available do take time to settle in. Especially the larger ones. They can sit almost dormant for months before kicking in new growth.
