Still doubt, I afraid the pitcher of this plant is deformed/mis shape pitcher of other species. If you don't mind, picture of whole plant please.

@gym: this is the whole plant, still very small plant. It looks like the pitcher is a bit deformed, will wait and see the second pitcher. Thanks, Ed

I would say ~99% that that is indeed a true tentaculata.

By the way, what soil are you using? It looks remotely like LFS all decayed.

The media used was perlite+peat moss+charcoal and the spaghnum moss is just used as side and top toppings.
