Hello, growing neps in the urban environment can never match up to growing in a nursery, or having a plot of land dedicated to nothing but plants, but I have always preferred my neps close to me, even right outside my study room! just to share 3 pics of the "level 2" neps - vigorous vines that are allowed to climb beyond the trellis and up to the level 2 balcony and study room. there are coccinea, mirabilis, 2 different forms of raff, bamboo, and now ampullaria green and stray passiflora vines out there...my mom intends to let them cover the whole window, so as to shieldt he study room from the hot afternoon sun! thanks Lam

I can imagine that this area sports good light, ventilation and access to water (root level). The three important factors for growing good nepenthes.
Nice room with a view!

very very nice! I think the ampullaria will be the most beautiful as it will form basal offshoots along the vine and it will look fantastic.
