Someone had sent me this rooted cutting of their N. boschiana. This plant sports uppers and are very thin. Does anyone else experience thin uppers like this? M

Very strange upper Michael . I would be interested to hear from the other boschiana growers as well. By the way, I really enjoyed all the hybrids pictures you just posted. Friendly, François.

I've seen uppers of boschiana in person a couple times, though my own plant is not producing them. The uppers I've seen were much thicker, had a thicker/slightly different peristome, and were probably 10" tall. I can't remember, but I think the peristome was also colored as well?

I will post others that resemble your description of being larger and yes, many of them are much larger than this. I was just a bit intrigued that these were somewhat thinner/narrower.

Do you have any pics of the lowers from that plant? Do they just look like a typical boschiana or what?

This was from a rooted cutting and these are its first pitchers produced.
