It looks like the edwardsiana on eBay got a high bid of $237.50 which did not meet the reserve, so it did not sell.

I wondered what happened to that plant. If you account for the face value of 150.00 euro = ? US dollars these days and shipping, you don't make much money off of it. You'd almost think that because these are the first eddys that it would have fetched more money even being from tc.

Update on the eBay edwardsiana. It was listed again, and sold for $565 (I do not know what that works out to per ounce, a lot more than gold)

CP Jungle has a new ordering tab on their website for specimen plants. These will be bigger plants or plants in inventory that stand out compared to others. What I like is that these plants have been around longer and are more established. Some will also be on special too. The list was just started as of Jan 1 2011 and will grow with time. Tony at Exotic Plants Plus has something similar on his order page at the top. These are special, larger plants from the inventory.

In case you guys missed it, especially those interested in seed grown plants, BE has a offering of seed grown N. mira from clepatra's needle peak. Apparently more orange pitchers than the regular red pitcher form.

Welp, I just saw hairy hamatas and spathulata x hamatas on petflytrap, purple spotty tentaculatas on hortus botanicus, and leilaninepenthes has all sorts of pretty plants for sale including two hamakuas that are the same plant as the picture of a hamakua pitcher next to a wine glass that I think just sold out! Also I saw on predatoryplants that they have hamata x platychila in stock for purchase.

Wow, good looking plant! I want one, too bad they are so expensive. Everything with hamata is expensive.

Tony at Exotic Plants Plus had a few on reserve, but now they're gone. He still has talangensis x hamata on reserve as of 10/24/11 J

I would settle for anything Hamata right now. But I have to focus on getting the permits for my nursery first, such a drag. I wish I could just sell these plants.
